### sec.468 Authorised person’s identity card
WorkCover must give an identity card to each authorised person.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photograph of the authorised person; and
be signed by the authorised person; and
identify the person as an authorised person for WorkCover; and
include an expiry date; and
be signed by WorkCover’s chief executive officer.
A person who ceases to be an authorised person must return the person’s identity card to WorkCover within 5 business days after the person ceases to be an authorised person, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.

(sec.468-ssec.1) WorkCover must give an identity card to each authorised person.
