### sec.441 Termination of appointment as director
The Governor in Council may, at any time, terminate the appointment of all or any directors of the board for any reason or none.
If a person who is a public service officer when appointed as a director ceases to be a public service officer, the person ceases to be a director.
(sec.441-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may, at any time, terminate the appointment of all or any directors of the board for any reason or none.
