### sec.440 Resignation A director, or person appointed under section 425 may resign by signed notice given to the Governor. The chairperson or deputy chairperson may resign as chairperson or deputy chairperson and remain a director. (sec.440-ssec.1) A director, or person appointed under section 425 may resign by signed notice given to the Governor.
