### sec.330 Appointment of authorised persons
The Regulator may, by instrument, appoint any of the following as an authorised person for the Regulator—
a public service employee;
the holder of a statutory office;
a person of a class prescribed under a regulation.
The following are taken to be authorised persons appointed by the Regulator—
a person appointed as an inspector under the Industrial Relations Act 2016 , but only for the purposes of chapter 4 , part 6 , while that person holds the appointment;
a person appointed as an inspector under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 , while that person holds the appointment.

(sec.330-ssec.1) The Regulator may, by instrument, appoint any of the following as an authorised person for the Regulator— a public service employee; the holder of a statutory office; a person of a class prescribed under a regulation.

- (a) a public service employee;
- (b) the holder of a statutory office;
- (c) a person of a class prescribed under a regulation.
