### sec.214 Review of costs payable
This section applies if a person who provides medical treatment considers that the cost that an insurer accepts as reasonable, in a particular case, is inadequate because of special circumstances.
The person may apply to the insurer in writing for an increase in the cost.
The application must specify the special circumstances and the reasons the cost should be increased in the particular case.
The insurer may approve the increase if, after considering the application, the insurer accepts that the increase is justified.
(sec.214-ssec.1) This section applies if a person who provides medical treatment considers that the cost that an insurer accepts as reasonable, in a particular case, is inadequate because of special circumstances.
(sec.214-ssec.2) The person may apply to the insurer in writing for an increase in the cost.
(sec.214-ssec.3) The application must specify the special circumstances and the reasons the cost should be increased in the particular case.
(sec.214-ssec.4) The insurer may approve the increase if, after considering the application, the insurer accepts that the increase is justified.
