### sec.202 Workers under 21
This section applies if the worker—
was under 21; and
is survived by a parent ordinarily resident in Australia but left no dependants.
The amount of compensation payable to the parent is no more than 24.34 times QOTE.
If more than 1 parent is entitled to compensation—
the total amount of compensation payable to the parents is no more than 24.34 times QOTE; and
the amount payable to each parent is to be decided by the insurer.

(sec.202-ssec.1) This section applies if the worker— was under 21; and is survived by a parent ordinarily resident in Australia but left no dependants.
