### sec.201A Worker with non-dependent spouse, issue or next of kin
This section applies if a worker left no dependants but is survived by any of the following—
a spouse;
issue within the meaning of the Succession Act 1981 ;
next of kin within the meaning of the Succession Act 1981 .
The amount of compensation payable to the worker’s estate is 10% of the amount payable under section 200 (2) (a) .

(sec.201A-ssec.1) This section applies if a worker left no dependants but is survived by any of the following— a spouse; issue within the meaning of the Succession Act 1981 ; next of kin within the meaning of the Succession Act 1981 .
(sec.201A-ssec.2) The amount of compensation payable to the worker’s estate is 10% of the amount payable under section 200 (2) (a) .
- (a) a spouse;
- (b) issue within the meaning of the Succession Act 1981 ;
- (c) next of kin within the meaning of the Succession Act 1981 .
