### sec.105M Non-scheme member continues as member of self-insurer for 12 months
The non-scheme member is taken to continue to be a member of the self-insurer for 12 months from the exit date for the purposes of the injuries mentioned in subsection (2) .
The self-insurer is liable for compensation and damages for the total of the accrued, continuing, future and contingent liabilities for all injuries sustained by a worker employed by the non-scheme member that arise from an event happening or ending during the period the non-scheme member was a member of the self-insurer but before the exit date.

(sec.105M-ssec.1) The non-scheme member is taken to continue to be a member of the self-insurer for 12 months from the exit date for the purposes of the injuries mentioned in subsection (2) .
(sec.105M-ssec.2) The self-insurer is liable for compensation and damages for the total of the accrued, continuing, future and contingent liabilities for all injuries sustained by a worker employed by the non-scheme member that arise from an event happening or ending during the period the non-scheme member was a member of the self-insurer but before the exit date.
