### sec.105L Self-insurer must give notice to Regulator
The self-insurer of which the non-scheme member is a member must, by written notice, tell the Regulator that the non-scheme member has become a non-scheme employer.
The notice must be given within 5 business days after the non-scheme member receives notice that the non-scheme member has been granted a licence under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (Cwlth) , part VIII.
The self-insurer must tell the Regulator the exit date of the non-scheme member.
The Regulator must consider whether the self-insurer, after the change, meets the requirements for a self-insurer’s licence for a group employer.
