### sec.105G Particular functions and powers may be held by non-scheme employer after cancellation
The purpose of this section is to authorise the non-scheme employer to perform functions and exercise powers as a self-insurer to manage claims arising during the period when the non-scheme employer was a self-insurer but before the exit date.
If the Regulator considers it appropriate, the Regulator may, at the request of the non-scheme employer, allow the non-scheme employer to continue to have functions and powers as a self-insurer previously had by the non-scheme employer as a self-insurer under section 92 or 92A .
The Regulator must give the non-scheme employer written notice of the functions and powers continued.
The Regulator may impose conditions on the functions and powers continued.
The non-scheme employer has the functions and powers of a self-insurer as stated in the notice.
