### sec.105F Transfer to WorkCover after cancellation
Other than as provided by section 105G , on cancellation of the continued licence—
the non-scheme employer’s functions and powers as a self-insurer under section 92 or 92A end; and
for all applications for compensation held by the non-scheme employer immediately before the cancellation—
the non-scheme employer must immediately give WorkCover all documents relating to the applications; and
WorkCover has all its functions and powers; and
an application for compensation that, other than for this section, would have been lodged with the non-scheme employer as a self-insurer, must be lodged with WorkCover; and
WorkCover replaces the non-scheme employer, for any proceeding being taken, or that may be taken, by a claimant or worker against or by the non-scheme employer as a self-insurer, as an insurer in relation to the claimant or worker; and
WorkCover has the rights, and assumes the obligations, of the non-scheme employer as a self-insurer under the contract of reinsurance.
Maximum penalty for paragraph (b) (i) —200 penalty units.

- (b) for all applications for compensation held by the non-scheme employer immediately before the cancellation— (i) the non-scheme employer must immediately give WorkCover all documents relating to the applications; and (ii) WorkCover has all its functions and powers; and
- (i) the non-scheme employer must immediately give WorkCover all documents relating to the applications; and
- (ii) WorkCover has all its functions and powers; and
- (c) an application for compensation that, other than for this section, would have been lodged with the non-scheme employer as a self-insurer, must be lodged with WorkCover; and
- (d) WorkCover replaces the non-scheme employer, for any proceeding being taken, or that may be taken, by a claimant or worker against or by the non-scheme employer as a self-insurer, as an insurer in relation to the claimant or worker; and
- (e) WorkCover has the rights, and assumes the obligations, of the non-scheme employer as a self-insurer under the contract of reinsurance.
- (i) the non-scheme employer must immediately give WorkCover all documents relating to the applications; and
- (ii) WorkCover has all its functions and powers; and
