### sec.132 Actions chief executive may take in relation to water licences
The chief executive may do the following without complying with the provisions of this division, other than this section and sections 133 to 135 —
amend a water licence to correct a minor error in the licence, or make another change that is not a change of substance;
amend a water licence after a show cause process if the chief executive is satisfied the amendment is required;
cancel a water licence after a show cause process if the chief executive is satisfied the licence should be cancelled;
repeal a water licence if the licence is no longer required to authorise the taking or interference with water.
If the chief executive repeals a water licence, the chief executive must give the licensee notice of the decision, including the reasons for the decision.
If the chief executive amends a water licence under subsection (1) (a) , the chief executive must give the licensee an amended licence in the approved form.

(sec.132-ssec.2) If the chief executive repeals a water licence, the chief executive must give the licensee notice of the decision, including the reasons for the decision.
