### sec.133 Actions chief executive must take in relation to water licences
The chief executive must amend, replace or repeal a water licence if the water licence is inconsistent with a water plan or a water entitlement notice.
The chief executive must, within the time stated in the plan or notice or as soon as possible after the plan or notice is approved—
amend, replace or repeal the water licence; and
give the licensee a notice under section 114 stating the aspects of the existing licence that are inconsistent with the plan or notice; and
if required—give the licensee an amended or new water licence in the approved form.
The amended or new water licence, or the repeal of a water licence, takes effect from the day the chief executive gives the licensee the amended or new licence or notice of the repeal.

(sec.133-ssec.1) The chief executive must amend, replace or repeal a water licence if the water licence is inconsistent with a water plan or a water entitlement notice.
(sec.133-ssec.2) The chief executive must, within the time stated in the plan or notice or as soon as possible after the plan or notice is approved— amend, replace or repeal the water licence; and give the licensee a notice under section 114 stating the aspects of the existing licence that are inconsistent with the plan or notice; and if required—give the licensee an amended or new water licence in the approved form.
(sec.133-ssec.3) The amended or new water licence, or the repeal of a water licence, takes effect from the day the chief executive gives the licensee the amended or new licence or notice of the repeal.
- (a) amend, replace or repeal the water licence; and
- (b) give the licensee a notice under section 114 stating the aspects of the existing licence that are inconsistent with the plan or notice; and
- (c) if required—give the licensee an amended or new water licence in the approved form.
