### sec.131A Effect of disposal of part of land relating to particular dealing with water licence This section applies to a proposed dealing, with a water licence, to which section 131 applies, if— the applicant for the dealing disposes of part of the land to which the application relates; and at the time the applicant disposes of the part, the chief executive has not decided the application under sub section 131 . The application lapses on the day the applicant disposes of the part. s 131A ins 2018 No. 24 s 253 (sec.131A-ssec.1) This section applies to a proposed dealing, with a water licence, to which section 131 applies, if— the applicant for the dealing disposes of part of the land to which the application relates; and at the time the applicant disposes of the part, the chief executive has not decided the application under sub section 131 . (sec.131A-ssec.2) The application lapses on the day the applicant disposes of the part. - (a) the applicant for the dealing disposes of part of the land to which the application relates; and - (b) at the time the applicant disposes of the part, the chief executive has not decided the application under sub section 131 .
