### sec.117 Contents of water licence A water licence must state— the term of the licence; and the water to which the licence relates; and one of the following— the location from which the water may be taken; the location at which water may be interfered with; the location from which the water may be taken and at which it may be interfered with; and the conditions of the licence. s 117 amd 2005 No. 19 s 35 sub 2013 No. 23 s 242 ; 2014 No. 64 ss 67 (1) , 68 - (a) the term of the licence; and - (b) the water to which the licence relates; and - (c) one of the following— (i) the location from which the water may be taken; (ii) the location at which water may be interfered with; (iii) the location from which the water may be taken and at which it may be interfered with; and - (i) the location from which the water may be taken; - (ii) the location at which water may be interfered with; - (iii) the location from which the water may be taken and at which it may be interfered with; and - (d) the conditions of the licence. - (i) the location from which the water may be taken; - (ii) the location at which water may be interfered with; - (iii) the location from which the water may be taken and at which it may be interfered with; and
