### sec.118 Conditions of water licence
The water licence is subject to the conditions—
prescribed by regulation; and
the chief executive may impose for a particular licence.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the conditions may require the holder of the licence to do all or any of the following—
calculate or measure water taken under the licence, and record, or transmit or otherwise report, information about the water taken;
provide and maintain access to alternative water supplies for other persons, authorised under this Act to take water, who would be affected by the granting of the licence;
carry out and report on a stated monitoring program;
give relevant information reasonably required by the chief executive for the administration or enforcement of this Act.

(sec.118-ssec.1) The water licence is subject to the conditions— prescribed by regulation; and the chief executive may impose for a particular licence.
(sec.118-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the conditions may require the holder of the licence to do all or any of the following— calculate or measure water taken under the licence, and record, or transmit or otherwise report, information about the water taken; provide and maintain access to alternative water supplies for other persons, authorised under this Act to take water, who would be affected by the granting of the licence; carry out and report on a stated monitoring program; give relevant information reasonably required by the chief executive for the administration or enforcement of this Act.
- (a) prescribed by regulation; and
- (b) the chief executive may impose for a particular licence.
- (a) calculate or measure water taken under the licence, and record, or transmit or otherwise report, information about the water taken;
- (b) provide and maintain access to alternative water supplies for other persons, authorised under this Act to take water, who would be affected by the granting of the licence;
- (c) carry out and report on a stated monitoring program;
- (d) give relevant information reasonably required by the chief executive for the administration or enforcement of this Act.
