### sec.60 Board to give information to contact person This section applies if the person makes a self-administration decision and appoints a contact person. Within 2 business days of receiving the contact person appointment form, the board must give the contact person information about— the requirement to give the voluntary assisted dying substance, or any unused or remaining substance, to an authorised disposer under section 63 ; and the support services available to the contact person to assist the contact person to fulfil the requirement. (sec.60-ssec.1) This section applies if the person makes a self-administration decision and appoints a contact person.
