### sec.108 Notice of proceeding
This section applies if an application for review of a reviewable decision about a person requesting access to voluntary assisted dying is accepted by the principal registrar.
Within 2 business days after receiving the application the principal registrar must give a copy of the application to—
each party to the proceeding; and
if there is a consulting practitioner for the person and the consulting practitioner is not a party—the consulting practitioner; and
any other person to whom QCAT directs a copy of the application be given.
(sec.108-ssec.1) This section applies if an application for review of a reviewable decision about a person requesting access to voluntary assisted dying is accepted by the principal registrar.
(sec.108-ssec.2) Within 2 business days after receiving the application the principal registrar must give a copy of the application to— each party to the proceeding; and if there is a consulting practitioner for the person and the consulting practitioner is not a party—the consulting practitioner; and any other person to whom QCAT directs a copy of the application be given.
- (a) each party to the proceeding; and
- (b) if there is a consulting practitioner for the person and the consulting practitioner is not a party—the consulting practitioner; and
- (c) any other person to whom QCAT directs a copy of the application be given.
