### sec.107 Parties to proceeding For the QCAT Act , section 40 (1) (e) , each of the following persons is a party to a review of a reviewable decision about a person requesting access to voluntary assisted dying— if the person is not the applicant—the person; if the reviewable decision is a decision mentioned in section 99 (b) —the coordinating practitioner for the person. - (a) if the person is not the applicant—the person; - (b) if the reviewable decision is a decision mentioned in section 99 (b) —the coordinating practitioner for the person.
