### sec.214 Amendment of grant without application New chapter 3 , part 15 , division 2 applies in relation to any grant of assistance, whether the grant was made before or after the commencement. Subsection (3) applies, for new chapter 3 , part 15 , division 2 , if the grant of assistance was made before the commencement.
