### sec.125 External review of reviewed decision
This section applies if a decision is confirmed, amended or substituted on review under section 124 (the internal review decision ).
The applicant may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the internal review decision.
The QCAT Act , section 22 (3) provides that QCAT may stay the operation of the internal review decision, either on application by a person or on its own initiative.

(sec.125-ssec.1) This section applies if a decision is confirmed, amended or substituted on review under section 124 (the internal review decision ).
