### sec.110A Recovery available only if action taken within 6 years The State may, under this part, recover assistance granted for an act of violence from a person only if action to recover the assistance is started within 6 years after the later of the following days— the day the person was convicted of a relevant offence for the act; the day the application for the grant of the financial assistance was made. s 110A ins 2017 No. 8 s 73 - (a) the day the person was convicted of a relevant offence for the act; - (b) the day the application for the grant of the financial assistance was made.
