### sec.923 Custody
Pending disposal of a charge of contempt, the court may direct that the respondent be kept in the custody the court directs or be released.
Without limiting subrule (1) , the court may release the respondent on conditions, including, for example, a condition that security be given to secure the respondent’s attendance in person to answer the charge and that the security be forfeited if the respondent fails to attend.
