### sec.922 Arrest If it is alleged or it appears to a court that a person is guilty of contempt of court committed in the face of the court or in the hearing of the court, the court may— by oral order direct the respondent to be brought before the court; or issue a warrant in the approved form for the respondent’s arrest. - (a) by oral order direct the respondent to be brought before the court; or - (b) issue a warrant in the approved form for the respondent’s arrest.
