### sec.924 Hearing
If a respondent is brought before the court, the court must—
cause the respondent to be orally informed of the contempt charged; and
ask the respondent to show cause why punishment should not be imposed for contempt of court; and
after hearing the respondent, decide the matter of the charge in any way it considers appropriate; and
make an order for the respondent’s punishment or discharge.
