### sec.522F Record of conciliation agreement
Unless the parties otherwise agree, the conciliator must ensure that an agreement reached in the conciliation process is—
placed in a sealed container, for example, an envelope; and
marked with the court file number; and
marked ‘Not to be opened without an order of the court’; and
given to the registrar.
The container may be opened only if the court orders it to be opened.
