### sec.522E Conciliation certificate
For section 42L of the Act , a certificate about the conciliation process (a conciliation certificate ) must be in the approved form.
The conciliation certificate—
must not contain comment about the extent to which a party participated or refused to participate in the conciliation; and
may state that a party did not attend the conciliation.
The conciliator must give a copy of the conciliation certificate to the parties.
