### sec.522G Abandonment of conciliation
The conciliator may abandon the conciliation if the conciliator considers further efforts at conciliation will not lead to the resolution of the dispute or an issue in the dispute.
Before abandoning the conciliation, the conciliator must—
inform the parties of the conciliator’s intention; and
give them an opportunity to reconsider their positions.

(sec.522G-ssec.1) The conciliator may abandon the conciliation if the conciliator considers further efforts at conciliation will not lead to the resolution of the dispute or an issue in the dispute.
