### sec.91S When interlock exemption stops having effect
A person’s interlock exemption stops having effect when whichever of the following happens first—
the exemption certificate expires;
14 days elapse after the person gives the chief executive a notice under section 91Y ;
the exemption is cancelled under section 19 ;
Section 19 provides the procedure for cancelling an approval which, as defined in section 17A , includes an interlock exemption.

- (a) the exemption certificate expires;
- (b) 14 days elapse after the person gives the chief executive a notice under section 91Y ;
- (c) the exemption is cancelled under section 19 ; Note— Section 19 provides the procedure for cancelling an approval which, as defined in section 17A , includes an interlock exemption.
- (d) the interlock period ends.
