### sec.82 Offenders may be ordered to attend training programs
This section applies if a person (the offender ) is convicted before a court at a place prescribed under a regulation of an offence under section 79 .
Whether or not any other order is made against the offender, the court may order the offender to attend and complete a training program while the offender is disqualified from holding or obtaining a Queensland driver licence.
The training program is to be—
approved by the chief executive; and
conducted by a person prescribed under a regulation.
A written notice of the day, time and place of the program that the offender is to attend, is to be given to the offender by a person prescribed under a regulation.

(sec.82-ssec.2) Whether or not any other order is made against the offender, the court may order the offender to attend and complete a training program while the offender is disqualified from holding or obtaining a Queensland driver licence.
(sec.82-ssec.3) The training program is to be— approved by the chief executive; and conducted by a person prescribed under a regulation.
(sec.82-ssec.4) A written notice of the day, time and place of the program that the offender is to attend, is to be given to the offender by a person prescribed under a regulation.
- (a) approved by the chief executive; and
- (b) conducted by a person prescribed under a regulation.
