### sec.216 Validation of certain acts etc. To remove any doubt, it is declared that all acts, matters and things done in reliance on a code of practice mentioned in section 214 or an amendment of a code of practice mentioned in section 215, are taken to be, and always to have been, as valid and effective as they would be if the code of practice or amendment had been approved by the chief executive on the date as mentioned in section 214 or 215. s 216 ins 2007 No. 43 s 86
