### sec.215 Validation of amendments of particular codes of practice To remove any doubt, it is declared that an amendment of a code of practice mentioned in section 214 that was made after 1 July 1990 and before 26 July 2006 and was not approved by the chief executive is, and is taken to have always been, as valid as it would be if the amendment had been approved by the chief executive on the date the amendment was made. s 215 ins 2007 No. 43 s 86
