### sec.168D Contracting out in relation to prescribed dangerous goods vehicles etc. prohibited A contract or agreement relating to a prescribed dangerous goods vehicle or the transport of dangerous goods is void to the extent to which it— is contrary to this Act; or purports to exclude, limit or otherwise change the effect of a provision of this Act. s 168D ins 2007 No. 43 s 74 amd 2008 No. 67 s 103 ; 2013 No. 26 s 101 - (a) is contrary to this Act; or - (b) purports to exclude, limit or otherwise change the effect of a provision of this Act.
