### sec.168C Chief executive may give information to corresponding authority
The chief executive may give information to a corresponding authority about—
any action taken in relation to a dangerous goods matter by the chief executive under a transport Act; or
any information in relation to a dangerous goods matter obtained under this Act, including any information contained in any document, device or other thing inspected or seized under this Act.
Subsection (1) does not apply if the chief executive or corresponding authority would otherwise be required to maintain confidentiality about the information under an Act.
In this section—
transport Act does not include the Queensland Road Rules .

(sec.168C-ssec.1) The chief executive may give information to a corresponding authority about— any action taken in relation to a dangerous goods matter by the chief executive under a transport Act; or any information in relation to a dangerous goods matter obtained under this Act, including any information contained in any document, device or other thing inspected or seized under this Act.
(sec.168C-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the chief executive or corresponding authority would otherwise be required to maintain confidentiality about the information under an Act.
(sec.168C-ssec.3) In this section— transport Act does not include the Queensland Road Rules .
- (a) any action taken in relation to a dangerous goods matter by the chief executive under a transport Act; or
- (b) any information in relation to a dangerous goods matter obtained under this Act, including any information contained in any document, device or other thing inspected or seized under this Act.
