### sec.281B Liability for a charge in relation to passengers If a charge is payable in relation to passengers on a ship, the following persons are jointly and severally liable for the charge— the owner of the ship; the master of the ship; the agent of the ship’s owner; another person who has accepted liability for the charge. s 281B ins 2005 No. 22 s 11 sub 2008 No. 46 s 140 - (a) the owner of the ship; - (b) the master of the ship; - (c) the agent of the ship’s owner; - (d) another person who has accepted liability for the charge.
