### sec.281A Liability for a charge in relation to goods
If a charge is payable in relation to goods, the following persons are jointly and severally liable for the charge—
the owner of the goods;
the consignor and consignee of the goods;
the agent for the sale or custody of the goods;
the person entitled to possession of the goods;
for goods transported by ship—
the owner of the ship; and
the master of the ship;
another person who has accepted liability for the charge.

- (a) the owner of the goods;
- (b) the consignor and consignee of the goods;
- (c) the agent for the sale or custody of the goods;
- (d) the person entitled to possession of the goods;
- (e) for goods transported by ship— (i) the owner of the ship; and (ii) the master of the ship;
- (i) the owner of the ship; and
- (ii) the master of the ship;
- (f) another person who has accepted liability for the charge.
