### sec.67 Existing declarations of events
This section applies if—
before the commencement, a declaration of an event was made by the industrial commission under former section 5(1)(c); and
immediately before the commencement, the period of the event—
had not started; or
had started but not ended.
If subsection (1)(b)(i) applies, from the commencement the declaration is taken to be a special event declaration under the amended Act.
If subsection (1)(b)(ii) applies, this Act as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply, as if the amending Act had not been enacted, in relation to the declaration.

(sec.67-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a declaration of an event was made by the industrial commission under former section 5(1)(c); and immediately before the commencement, the period of the event— had not started; or had started but not ended.
(sec.67-ssec.2) If subsection (1)(b)(i) applies, from the commencement the declaration is taken to be a special event declaration under the amended Act.
(sec.67-ssec.3) If subsection (1)(b)(ii) applies, this Act as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply, as if the amending Act had not been enacted, in relation to the declaration.
- (a) before the commencement, a declaration of an event was made by the industrial commission under former section 5(1)(c); and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the period of the event— (i) had not started; or (ii) had started but not ended.
- (i) had not started; or
- (ii) had started but not ended.
- (i) had not started; or
- (ii) had started but not ended.
