### sec.66 Moratorium on trading area orders and restriction on making applications During the moratorium period— the industrial commission must not make a trading area order; and an industrial organisation, another organisation or a local government must not make an application for a trading area order. An application for a trading area order made or purportedly made during the moratorium period is of no effect. s 66 ins 2022 No. 17 s 26 (sec.66-ssec.1) During the moratorium period— the industrial commission must not make a trading area order; and an industrial organisation, another organisation or a local government must not make an application for a trading area order.
