### sec.66 Moratorium on trading area orders and restriction on making applications
During the moratorium period—
the industrial commission must not make a trading area order; and
an industrial organisation, another organisation or a local government must not make an application for a trading area order.
An application for a trading area order made or purportedly made during the moratorium period is of no effect.

(sec.66-ssec.1) During the moratorium period— the industrial commission must not make a trading area order; and an industrial organisation, another organisation or a local government must not make an application for a trading area order.
(sec.66-ssec.2) An application for a trading area order made or purportedly made during the moratorium period is of no effect.
- (a) the industrial commission must not make a trading area order; and
- (b) an industrial organisation, another organisation or a local government must not make an application for a trading area order.
