### sec.11 Duty of occupier etc. to assist industrial inspector A person who is an occupier of a factory, shop or place of public amusement, or is entitled to immediate possession thereof, and an agent or employee of any such person, is to furnish to an industrial inspector— such reasonable assistance; such information that is within the person’s, agent’s or employee’s capacity to furnish; as the inspector lawfully requires to assist the inspector in the exercise of the powers of an industrial inspector or the performance of the duties of an industrial inspector under this Act. - (a) such reasonable assistance; - (b) such information that is within the person’s, agent’s or employee’s capacity to furnish;
