### sec.10 Duty of industrial inspector
It is the duty of every industrial inspector to secure compliance with the provisions of this Act or of any industrial commission order.
An industrial inspector, other than the chief industrial inspector, is to report to the chief industrial inspector any breach of a provision of this Act or of an industrial commission order that comes to the inspector’s knowledge.

(sec.10-ssec.1) It is the duty of every industrial inspector to secure compliance with the provisions of this Act or of any industrial commission order.
