### sec.20 Review of decision
As soon as practicable after receiving an application for review of a decision under section 19 (2) (c) , the Minister must—
review the decision; and
decide to confirm, amend or set aside the decision; and
give written notice to the applicant of the Minister’s decision and the reasons for it.
For section 13 (3) , the Minister’s decision on the review is taken to be the chief executive’s decision on the application for exemption.
(sec.20-ssec.1) As soon as practicable after receiving an application for review of a decision under section 19 (2) (c) , the Minister must— review the decision; and decide to confirm, amend or set aside the decision; and give written notice to the applicant of the Minister’s decision and the reasons for it.
