### sec.19 Decision on application
After considering the application, the chief executive may, by written notice given to the applicant—
give the exemption, with or without conditions; or
refuse to give the exemption.
If the chief executive decides to give the exemption on conditions or to refuse to give the exemption, the notice must also state the following—
the decision;
the reasons for the decision;
that the applicant may apply to the Minister for a review of the decision within 30 business days after the day the notice is given.
(sec.19-ssec.1) After considering the application, the chief executive may, by written notice given to the applicant— give the exemption, with or without conditions; or refuse to give the exemption.
(sec.19-ssec.2) If the chief executive decides to give the exemption on conditions or to refuse to give the exemption, the notice must also state the following— the decision; the reasons for the decision; that the applicant may apply to the Minister for a review of the decision within 30 business days after the day the notice is given.
- (a) give the exemption, with or without conditions; or
- (b) refuse to give the exemption.
