### sec.24 Statutory instrument may be of general or limited application
A statutory instrument may—
apply generally throughout the State or be limited in its application to a particular part of the State; or
apply generally to all persons and matters or be limited in its application to—
particular persons or matters; or
particular classes of persons or matters; or
otherwise apply generally or be limited in its application by reference to specified exceptions or factors.
