### sec.25 Statutory instrument may make different provision for different categories
A statutory instrument may—
make different provision in relation to—
different persons or matters; or
different classes of persons or matters; or
apply differently by reference to specified exceptions or factors.
- (a) make different provision in relation to— (i) different persons or matters; or (ii) different classes of persons or matters; or
- (i) different persons or matters; or
