### sec.34A Coordinator-General decides whether to accept draft EIS as final EIS
After the end of the submission period for a draft EIS, the Coordinator-General must—
consider the following—
the draft EIS;
any properly made submissions for the draft EIS;
any other material the Coordinator-General considers is relevant to the project; and
decide whether or not to accept the draft EIS as the final EIS for the project.
The Coordinator-General may decide not to accept the draft EIS as the final EIS if satisfied additional information is needed about—
an environmental effect of the project; or
any other matter the Coordinator-General considers is relevant to the project.

(sec.34A-ssec.1) After the end of the submission period for a draft EIS, the Coordinator-General must— consider the following— the draft EIS; any properly made submissions for the draft EIS; any other material the Coordinator-General considers is relevant to the project; and decide whether or not to accept the draft EIS as the final EIS for the project.
(sec.34A-ssec.2) The Coordinator-General may decide not to accept the draft EIS as the final EIS if satisfied additional information is needed about— an environmental effect of the project; or any other matter the Coordinator-General considers is relevant to the project.
- (a) consider the following— (i) the draft EIS; (ii) any properly made submissions for the draft EIS; (iii) any other material the Coordinator-General considers is relevant to the project; and
- (i) the draft EIS;
- (ii) any properly made submissions for the draft EIS;
- (iii) any other material the Coordinator-General considers is relevant to the project; and
- (b) decide whether or not to accept the draft EIS as the final EIS for the project.
- (i) the draft EIS;
