### sec.34B Giving notice of decision The Coordinator-General must give the proponent written notice of the Coordinator-General’s decision under section 34A . If the decision is not to accept the draft EIS as the final EIS, the notice must state the following— the decision; the additional information required by the Coordinator-General; whether or not public notification of the additional information is required; the period within which a draft EIS that includes or attaches the additional information (a revised draft EIS ) must be given to the Coordinator-General. s 34B ins 2014 No. 40 s 37 (sec.34B-ssec.1) The Coordinator-General must give the proponent written notice of the Coordinator-General’s decision under section 34A .
