### sec.34 Making submissions on draft EIS
During the submission period for a draft EIS, any person may make a submission to the Coordinator-General about the draft EIS.
The Coordinator-General must accept properly made submissions.
However, the Coordinator-General may accept a written submission even if the submission is not a properly made submission.
If the Coordinator-General has accepted a submission, the person who made the submission may, by written notice given to the Coordinator-General—
during the submission period—amend the submission; or
at any time before a decision about the draft EIS is made—withdraw the submission.

(sec.34-ssec.1) During the submission period for a draft EIS, any person may make a submission to the Coordinator-General about the draft EIS.
