### sec.33 Public notification of draft EIS After the proponent has prepared a draft EIS to the satisfaction of the Coordinator-General, the proponent must publicly notify the following— where a copy of the draft EIS is available for inspection; where a copy of the draft EIS may be obtained at a stated reasonable cost; that submissions may be made to the Coordinator-General about the draft EIS; the period (the submission period ), set by the Coordinator-General, during which a submission may be made.
