### sec.32 Preparation of draft EIS
The proponent of the project must prepare a draft EIS for the project.
The draft EIS prepared by the proponent must address, for the whole project, the terms of reference to the satisfaction of the Coordinator-General.

(sec.32-ssec.1) The proponent of the project must prepare a draft EIS for the project.
