### sec.99ATB Exemption from charges This section applies in relation to water services or wastewater services provided by an SEQ service provider to premises if the premises are— land that is exempted from rates under LGA 2009 , section 93 (3) (a) , (b) , (c) , (d) , (e) , (f) , (g) or (j) ; or prescribed under a regulation.
